• Completed One Day Faculty Development Programe on "Hapttitude at work" This FDP was conducted by Dr. Pretty Bhalla, Associate Professor, and Hapttitude Coach, Mittal School of Business from Lovely Professional University at Guru Nanak Khalsa College,  Model Town, Ludhiana on 16 August 2022.
  

• Completed the online One Day Faculty Development Programe on "Discovering One’s Potential as a Teacher". This FDP was conducted by the Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar on 31 January 2023.

• Presented a paper titled "Position of Hindi Language in New National Education Policy 2020" at National Seminar on the topic ‘NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY: ROLE OF LANGUAGES’ organised by Gujrawala Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Ludhiana on 28 March 2024.
  

• Presented a paper titled "N.E.P. 2020: An Interface For Women Enterprise & Financial Inclusion " at ICSSR sponsored National Seminar on N.E.P. 2020: An Interface for Women Enterprise and Financial Inclusion organized by Guru Nanak Khalsa College,  Model Town, Ludhiana on 16 March 2024.
  

• Presented a paper titled "The Road Map for Enhancing Employability: Reviewing and Reflecting on the Special Skills on Life Long Learning" as a part of India council of social Research sponsored Two-Day National Level Seminar on the topic ‘Re-Imagining Indian Education’ organized by Guru Nanak Khalsa College,  Model Town, Ludhiana on 23 and 24 September 2023.
  

• Presented a paper titled "Role of Punjab in the Freedom Struggle India" as a part of I.C.H.R. sponsored National Level Seminar on Two-Day the topic 'Pagri Sambhal Movement' organized by Guru Nanak Khalsa College for Women, Model Town, Ludhiana on 10 and 11 February 2023.
  

• Presented a paper titled "Towards Gender Inclusivity: Emerging Contemporary Issues Around Gender" as a part of I.Q.A.C. sponsored National Level Seminar on the topic ‘Women Economic Empowerment and Challenges’ organized by Guru Nanak Khalsa College,  Model Town, Ludhiana on 04 February 2023.

• Attended Two days Partap IPDA International Conference  organised  by Partap College  of Education, Ludhiana (India) under the partronage of International Professional Development Association on 02 and 03 February, 2024. Also presented the  paper on the topic "Risks Involved in Present Day Teacher Education Programe"
  

• Attended One day Administrative ANO/CTO conference at GHG Khalsa College, Gurusar Sudhar, Ludhiana on 8 November 2023.
